CUSTOM ORDER INFO

Custom orders must be paid for in full before they are printed. You will be provided a digital mockup/proof to review and confirm before printing. Please carefully check the spelling and images for correctness. Once a custom order is approved, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Please allow time for custom orders, though in-stock orders could be completed as early as the same day. Some orders may take more time depending on the availability of products and/or supplies but are usually ready in a couple of days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exchanges and returns for non-personalized, re-sellable products, may be made within 7 days of purchase, and are redeemable for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Returned product must be in unused, undamaged, and as-new condition, and must be accompanied by a receipt.

SHIPPING INFO​

All orders can be picked up in Dauphin. In-town delivery is available. Out-of-town delivery may be available depending on location.

A delivery fee may apply.
