CUSTOM ORDER INFO

Personalized items must be prepaid, in full at the time of order confirmation. Customer-supplied products for personalization must be paid in full either prior to or at the time of pickup. Please carefully check the spelling and/or images on your supplied proof, before your item goes to print. Once a custom order is approved, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Please allow 3-10 days to complete custom orders, though in-stock orders could be ready as early as the same day. Large orders may take more time.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exchanges and returns for non-personalized, re-sellable products, may be made within 7 days of purchase, and are redeemable for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. Returned product must be in unused, undamaged, and as-new condition, and must be accompanied by a receipt.

SHIPPING INFO​

All orders can be picked up in Dauphin. In-town delivery is available. Out-of-town delivery may be available depending on location.

A delivery fee may apply.
